AG PAPHITIS OFFICE BUILDING

The Building is located at the most upcoming business avenue in Limassol at a T junction with easy access to the center of the Town and the motorway with connections to all other Cities of the Island. The wedged shape of the plot, its small size (460sqm) and its orientation were the major design challenges. Naval architecture was a major influence for the concept design.

The building accommodates around 640sqm of office space in 4 floors as well as an additional basement for storage/archive, cafe/staff room and IT/servers room. It demonstrates a modern design philosophy and satisfies the requirements in flexibility, space, size and occupancy configuration.
