It is a building with modern organic architectural form, fully adapted to the urban configuration of the area, with an easy access to public areas and recreational units on the ground floor of the building. The building is designed with high energy efficiency and incorporates modern shading elements and renewable energy sources.
The Architectural Study was developed in collaboration with Benoy Architects (London).
